Resignation of Executive Director

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Move Network Technology Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Ng Yau Ping (as known as Ricky Ng) has resigned as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 2 September 2021 due to a personal decision to refocus on other personal projects outside of the Company.

Mr. Ng joined MOVE Network at its inception last year and has helped to grow and develop the Company. The Board would like to express its gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Ng for his contributions to the Company. The Board wishes Mr. Ng every success in all of his future endeavours.
